Scarface

Yesterday morning Gabby scratched her face with her fingernails really badly. Although I just cut her nails a few days ago, it seems like they can always slice into something, whether that be Gabby's face, my arms, or anyone's skin really. Luckily, the redness went down considerably by the afternoon and you can't even see the injury today! After the scratching incident, Gabby played in the living room on her blanket. She took one little "scoot" of crawling with her left knee in order to reach her destination--Jack's dog bone. She kept rolling and scooting her way to those dog bones whenever she could find them. This morning she found my sandals and thought that those would be fun things to suck on...which of course I didn't let her do. C'mon, people. Give me SOME credit. I wouldn't let my daughter suck on the soles of my shoes (maybe the laces, but who's watching?)!
