Let Them Eat Cake...or at least play in it

My online mom's group decided it would be great fun to throw a big birthday bash for all of our babies who recently turned one. One mom purchased a large sheet cake, we stripped the babies down, and let them have at it. Mila, one of the moms, was brave enough to let us do this INSIDE her house. Go Mila! The babies were a little timid at first to dive in to the cake, but many of the moms "helped" their babies along (aka Brooke, who threw Beau into the cake). ;) Gabrielle was afraid to approach the cake for awhile, but then decided she needed to stand next to it and take dainty bites. I think she may have been one of the only babies to actually EAT the cake. It was pretty funny, as you can see in the video below. (Sorry some of the photos are blurry!)

"What? I shouldn't eat too much cake before lunch?"

"This stuff feels squishy on my hands!"

"MOM! I wanted to eat more cake!"

"Stop cleaning me off! I want more cake!"
