Some Random Things

Gabby and Daddy watching the Colts vs. Pats game.
Gabby playing in her really cool fort that Mommy built for her. It was complete with tunnel to enter!

Gabby enjoying the tent over her head!

Gabby and her friend, Madeline went to the library last week for a little playdate. I didn't get many pictures on my camera, but my friend Erin got a ton and posted them on her blog. They were really funny! So in the spirit of laziness, check them out at http://afunguslife.blogspot.com/2007/11/catching-up.html.

This weekend Daddy played in the "DeCastleton" sports competition with about 19 other guys. It was a fun time, but Daddy is now paying for all of the activity with an injured leg, torn toenail, and finger that is missing a spot of skin. It's pretty gross and he is very beat up. I guess turning 30 wasn't what he expected it to be. ;)

Gabrielle is blossoming as always. She and Mommy have spent a LOT of time together this weekend since Daddy was gone. Her Mamaw did come to help take care of her during the Colts game while Mommy was at church since Daddy was incapacitated. On Saturday night, Gabby spent the evening with her friends Reese, Ryan, Grace, and Clare. It was a chaotic, yet enjoyable evening. Our neighbor Macey even joined the "fun." I'm sure there was nothing else a childless 20-something-year-old would have liked to have done more on a Saturday night than spend the evening with 5 children! Her husband was in the DeCastleton, too, so she hung out with all of the "DeCastleton" wives. Poor thing! Kristy took a lot of photos and I will have to post some once I can get my hands on them.

Yay! I made it onto the blog again! How exciting! I did have fun! The kids were adorable (loved playing popcorn and making leaf pictures) and it was nice to hang out with everyone. Hope we do it again before I leave!

Forts are so cool, aren't they? I loved making them when I was little. We made a fort for Reese once and didn't see her for 3 days. Hmmmm...I should get busy again!

I still need to upload those pictures from Saturday but will forward them as soon as I do!
