Little People, BIG World
Gabby has found a new favorite toy--Fisher Price Little People. Oh how the Little People have changed over the years. Now the "Little People" are quite chunky in comparison with the past. Why the change you ask? Is this some sort of statement of the current health status of our country or just a ploy to make toys that a child cannot choke on? Whatever the reason, they are super cute and my daughter is obsessed with them. She will line them up, over and over, all day long on top of the window seat, on her chair, on the kitchen floor--wherever! She loves to put them on top of her towers we build and then knock them over. Pretty soon we are going to buy a Little People doll house for her to add to her Little People world!

Oh, my goodness- I LOVE that picture of Gabby! That is so cute that she loves Little People so much! :)
Whoa--now that's a cool picture! You are too clever, Emily!
I agree about how the Little People are not so little anymore. In fact, my parents still have the old set we played with as little kids, and they definitely should be called "Little Choking Hazards."
But I will say they look much cuter now!
I love the fact that toys are getting chubbier :) Chubby is beautiful!
I can tell that you have the school bus and Noah's Ark. Zoe got a pink castle and pink carriage for Christmas that are very princess-ish! I keep calling the carriage a chariot, but Ty corrects me... Zoe likes the Little People a lot, too. I kept the ones that Ty had and they are all friends now!
