Thumbthing for Thurthday

If you are an avid watcher of Trust Me, you'll understand the title of this post. Poor little Gabby still doesn't totally say her "s's" correctly, so today we had to switch it up and give the title a slight lithp...I mean, lisp. It also would have made more sense had I actually posted this on Thursday instead of today. Blogger and I have been giving one another the evil eye and have finally come to a truce, allowing me to post my photos. So for now, we'll call it "Thumbthing for Thaturday."

Where have we been you ask? Well, all over the place and more. We traveled to Ohio the week before Easter to visit with my family, took a short trip to Lafayette to visit my friend Katie and her sweet kiddos, and have been all over Indy visiting family and going to playdates. But mostly, we have been home...sick...for 3 weeks. Gabby got some sort of yucky runny nose/cough crud that the doctor said was viral. I'm sure there are a ton of viruses out there that do not respond to antibiotics and who am I to medicate my kid when she doesn't need it? BUT, I still think a lot of times "viral" at the doctor's office means, "Um, yeah. I don't know, but gosh it doesn't look good! Good luck with that." I'm beginning to think our pediatric practice may have received its medical degrees from Sally Struthers. Needless to say, there haven't been a lot of cool things going on that would be bloggable moments (well there have, but I haven't been a rockin' mom and taken photos of those moments). I do have a few that I will be posting over the next few days.
