Shake It, C'mon Shake It
Last weekend I had a rare opportunity to have a girls' weekend with my best friend Kristin from college. We met up halfway between Charlotte, NC and Indy in Knoxville, TN. We had so much fun and it was great to reconnect.Kenton was a trooper staying home with Gabby for the weekend. I think it was a wonderful time for Daddy and his little girl to grow closer and have fun. On my way home, I met up with everyone, including Uncle Craig's family, at Steak n' Shake. Here is a photo of Gabby and her cousin Emma with their awesome hats!

Yay! I'm so glad that you were able to get away for the weekend. You totally deserved it! I hope that you had a blast, and hope that Kenton and Gabby enjoyed their time together. :)
Glad that you had a great girls weekend. Although I bet you missed Gabby, I am sure the daddy/daughter time was fun for both of them. Wish we could have met up in Knoxville....that would have been a hoot (as my mom says).
Gotta love girls' weekends!!! How nice that you and Kristin were able to meet up. I bet Knoxville isn't the same now. :)
